Programme Approach

D-Skill Development Programme

The D-Skill Development Programme is designed to empower persons with disabilities through practical training for livelihood readiness, self-employment and job opportunities.

  • Training is delivered through CeDS and LBS regional units.
  • Career counselling and PSC exam training support are included as employability-oriented activities.
  • Selection is based on qualification and relevant disability certificate requirements.
  • Course-specific theory and practical examinations are conducted where applicable.
  • Certificates are issued through CeDS and LBSCST.
